Supported Axis Powered by Genetec devices

The Axis Powered by Genetec device connects directly to the Security Center Access Manager role. From the perspective of the Access Manager, the Axis Powered by Genetec device is an access control unit.

Security Center 5.11.3 and later supports the following Axis Powered by Genetec devices.
Note: Each Axis Powered by Genetec device must have the following firmware packages installed:
  • The Synergis™ Softwire app, called firmware in Security Center.
  • The Axis firmware (AXIS OS), called platform in Security Center.

A1210, A1210-B Axis Powered by Genetec one-door controller.
  • 1 Wiegand or 2 OSDP readers
  • 6 inputs1 and 1 tamper input for each configured OSDP reader
  • 1 output relay
  • 2 auxiliary I/Os (can be configured as inputs or outputs)
  • Up to 250,000 cardholders (credentials) – On-premises Security Center
  • Up to 40,000 cardholders (credentials) – Security Center SaaS Edition (Classic)
  • Up to 40,000 cardholders (credentials) – Security Center SaaS
  • Up to 150,000 offline events
  • Up to 1,000 connections to the Access Manager (standalone server)
